Love the course so far Troy! I plan on getting your 3D Look course next. You are quite a talented illustrator as well. May I ask where you learned to illustrate and some of your influences? The reason I ask is that I have done quite a bit of animation in Maya with pre-made characters but I want to make my own and I need to get better at drawing. Thanks!
Pesto thank you for your support and I'm glad your enjoying the course. I have always loved drawing sense I was a kid. I draw all the time and I'm constantly looking at others styles and construction. I try to keep lots of inspiration around books, videos, web etc. Always use reference as much as you can and pull it, squash it, recolor it etc. hope that helps
Does the course include the ability to rotate your character in all directions? so you can pose them in every possible way? Also i know its a crab, but what about a full hand rig? Eye rigging and mouth rigging? Ive been on and off for years with this program because im very discouraged and overwhelmed at times. Im not much of an illustrator, i cant draw for crap lol But i have a friend whos a very good illustrator and we want to turn his art into animations. I really want to learn how to create a realistic human character with all the normal functions of a person. Im very interested in buying this tutorial regardless. I apologize if i am ranting or seem needy.
Robert Plattner hey to achieve what it sounds like your wanting to do you may want to go with 3D. Though very powerful, Moho has limited abilities. To pose a character anyway you want is a big undertaking better suited for 3D.

Troy Picou I actually had no idea that Moho could be used as an illustration tool. I feel so ignorant. I'm more of a frame-by-frame animator than a puppet animator, and Moho's framebyframe animation tool is something I don't think I can get used to. Especially the drawing tool. Hopefully, it gets better.
newgamingspies I did not know either but I started exploring what I could do with the program and started finding techniques to get the results I liked. I don't think it will replace illustrator or photoshop for me but this just gives me the option to stay inside Moho.
Troy Picou very interesting. I struggle with background designs and most of the time, end up with flat colors, but I'd love to make the backgrounds lively and beautiful. Maybe I could use Moho for my background designs
