Yes but there are some skills from the Boss that are removed. That's true for all stages.

Sa Stage 4 Lacerta boss need dalawang taga hila.. So kumuha ako ng provoke dyan. :)

I think its basically the same as switching the accessories directly. The only time we need the enhancement transfer is if switching directly doesn't switch the correct accessories. This is in relation to rings and earrings because there are 2 piece of them that we can wear. for example, you have a new ring and you want to replace it to ring A which you are wearing. But when you switch it, it switched ring B instead because it will prioritize switching the smaller BP of the two. That's the time you use the enhancement transfer. I hope it makes sense :)
