Looking good Jerry, good airquality is important in your makerspace when you spend a lot of time there.

Really like the ac infinity. I use the 6in hose up until the last 5 in and have a reducer for 6 to 4.

Well that's no good. You don't want to be breathing in anything that might have harmful chemicals in it.

Make sure you keep that back door locked if you have a waste gate open it sticks out past the door when open lol. I didnt think it was that loud at all.

It easily turns at the Y. Thought about when I screwed to the wall.Louder than the smaller one,but ok.

for fan to fully work you need same size air intake on enclosure, through to outside as exhaust, minimum length of flex tube, should go out level with enclosure, for both intake and exhaust. I went with 8" 1600cfm, 8" intake and exhaust to outside. good basic design however. airflow math limits your current to 140-150cfm, that will increase once outside intake is added. hole in enclosure should match fan diameter, reducer lowers CFM.

When you removed the fan, were you able to continue to use the same exit fitting minus the fan to attach the hose? Was it difficult to remove the fan? My Lasermatic should arrive soon and I'm trying to sort out an exhaust for it, which is going to be very similar to yours. Thanks.

I just used shorter bolts and put the duct back on. Once you unplug fan, wire with connector will slide out of the aluminum channel,no reason to try and pry it off.Its very easy to do.I also left the fan screen on the inside.

I had one of these, and it seemed the only settings that worked were the last two. Should just be High/Low.

I just purchased this fan its great! 👍 im still trying to figure out how to remove the factory fan without cutting the wires or damage the condit or orange plastic? The fans cord won't fit through the Condit Roly used.

Unclip the fan,the wire is like 6 inches long.Do not remove the silver metal duct. The wire and connector will slide through it.Then use shorter bolts for duct with grate. Save fan and screws,if you ever sell it,you can put back to stock.
