This is glorious. "I am Strahd von Zarovich, lord of Barovia and master of Ravenloft. Though you shall wish otherwise, you now have my full and complete attention."
Now I feel I need to listen to this track while rereading that issue! (I've done it with the original of this track and it worked out pretty well timing wise.)
The original track was my favorite of your Curse of Strahd album, and I was not expecting a revamped version of it. This is superb, what an absolute gem these new Strahd tracks have been. I hope you put them on your bandcamp for purchase soon, I can't wait to buy them for my campaign. My campaign wouldn't be the same without your music, thank you.

This feels like the perfect final fight theme of curse of Strahd. Strahd is in the destined room the players have defeated all the minions up to this point only to see Strahd slowly clapping, the first vampire will not go down without a fight. HE is the ancient, HE is the land.
"Approaching strahds coffin, with hordes of undead swarming the party, this is it. All it takes is one final strike. Hit after hit, blow after blow, they finally make it to the coffin. The Paladin, who's endured loss after loss at the hands of this foul creature. He raises his arm, and in one swift motion, drives a wooden stake straight through the devils heart. Ending this madness once and for all...."
We just finished our 1.5 year campaign of this tonight ending with one of your original songs for the epilogue. This was used as the final anthem of fighting the Devil Strahd! hHe music you produce is fantastic - thank you for providing this for the community! :)
Ah this is an amazing capstone to the Remastered soundtrack. We had used a good many of your songs in our Curse of Strahd game, and the leitmotif you used still gives me shivers and readies me for a painful combat encounter despite our game being done for a few months now. Keep making this great music dude!
Amazing track and an amazing addition to an already amazing album. My players are now just two or so sessions away from the final showdown with Strahd and I will have this blasting during his last monologue. They are now well familiar with Into the Mists theme melody so this should have a large impact. "I am the ancient, I am the land and your deaths are at hand."
Damn... I wish I was GMing CoS tonight. Party unfortunately runs on a rotation of Deadlands x files, cozy dnd island adventures, and then Strahd. Oh well, can't wait to use this for next session.
While I still prefer the original, I'm so glad you embarked on this revision of the Strahd stuff. It's great that you're passionate about it, more content is always better, and just because I prefer the old one doesn't mean this new stuff won't be loved by other people.
God this makes me want a tyranny of dragons song list now. Can only imagine the chaos of a theme Tiamat would have! Absolutely beautiful songs these have been
My Celestial Warlock: "It's not, "Why do I hear boss music" it's, "Why do I hear *THAT* boss music" Cleric." She says as Strahd appears in a tornado of storm clouds and bats. Also my Celestial Warlock: "So anyway, I started Misty Stepping to the nearest church."
This is excellent. I've loved the entire new series of tracks. Will they be coming to bandcamp for purchase or where would they be available so we can support you?
I love this theme. It almost feels like Strahd just playing with the characters. You can sense danger, but it sure isn't mutual. My friend if you want to kill Strahd, you have a long way to go. (I like the other version for a final battle, which btw is there a looped version of these?)
While I preferred the old one, this one is alright. Your original one felt like a cutscene as Strahd introduces himself or enters the scene, whilst this one feels like the boss fight that follows.
This will easily be the Theme of Strahd when he is merely toying with and testing the party's strength for my game. He will take a particular interest in the hexblade warlock Lucian Whitlock, who is serving the Raven Queen and whose wife Strahd's agents have brought to Barovia since she has a part of Tatyana's soul. I will have to come up with lines Strahd will say to Lucian to get under his skin.
I like the first one better but I feel like this is the theme for actually fighting Strahd while the other is the theme for when you meet/talk to the man himself.
I'm running the CR 27 Strahd for my party and plan on using this theme when he shifts into his beast form after falling below 50% HP. I cannot wait for the party to experience this incredible soundtrack!

you can't do this to me travis... YOU CAN'T
He did
Mmm, icing on the delicious cake that has been the whole reVamped Strahd soundtrack. Bloody good.
Lots of good jokes in this
First version was the prelude to the terror of encountering Strahd.
This version- is fighting that terror.
This is exactly how I saw it. This as the more heroic version of the original soundtrack. Hope where before was fear.

Thank you so much for your support! I wish you all a lot of fun with the campaign :)
Listening to this almost made me wanna run Strahd again, great work!
The sad thing is once you run your group through Strahd you cant rerun it. (unless you change a lot of things)

Absolutely perfect for a Strahd phase 2 theme.

Every cancellation of our D&D game presents an opportunity to use the new CoS soundtrack from Travis. Can’t wait to get the full album!
Sir. Again I'm going to run C.o.S. and again. You've provided absolute bangers for the task.
I wish you and your group a lot of fun! :)
@@RPGMusicMaker thank you. I recommend you stuff to every game in town man.

Amazing as always, the start had me reliving the fight in my head!
Love the build-up of the strings leading up to the end of the first minute - epic as heck

Perfection. I'm tempted to run CoS again just to use this amazing soundtrack
These have all been so good and such wonderful additions to your previous Curse of Strahd work! I love it!
I'm so glad I postponed running strahd, these are great tracks
I'm getting the vibe this album is from Strahd's point of view over the parties point of view like the first album.
wonderfully done once again Travis. Another epic OST appropriate for the setting.
OMG this is absolutely AMAZING! U'r music is bringing my Curse of Strahd streams to the next level dude! Keep up the AMAZING work!
Ah, at last! Proper music for Strahd, Form 2!
I've been looking forward to this!
Plan to use this as the boss theme for Phase 1 of my own vampire BBEG... then the old version for Phase 2!

Most likely just chanting without lyrics
Are the themes made by Travis Savoie copyrighted?
