Good video , I wish someone would go into the tuning aspects of installing an after market exhaust , fuel commanders, reprogramming ECUs and other options what’s practical and what’s not , but none the less informative video
There are not many of such videos on YT. I know one but it is in Polish language only. The mods were made to MT07 not only for the estetic purposes but also to encrease the performance (exhaust, air-box, ECU tuning, brakes etc.) Maybe I'll suggest the authors of the video to translate it info English. Or, at least to do the subtitles.
No, I don't. Actually, this SC Project resembles the original exhaust system (shape and size) so perhaps the center stand would fit ... Maybe I could try to measure it. But it would not be very precise.
@@moyx1999 Yesterday I was trying to measure the big can/box of the muffler under the engine. I was quite difficult because the box is more or less square but it is not parallel to the ground - it is a little bit lower under the engine and goes up near the rear tire. So this was just very rough assessment than measurement: 1. The distance between middle of the bracket screw and the bottom of the muffler can - measured vertically down - was 8-9cm. 2. The max distance measured from the same point - down to the lowest part of the muffler box (the part that is under the engine, the point closest to the ground) was 18-19 cm 3. The width of the box: 20cm. 4. The max distance between the middle of the bracket screw measured horizontally (direction to the rear tire) and the end point of the box was: 8-10cm. 5. The end pipe sticks out of muffler more ir less in the same place. The distance between the end pipe and chassis: min 2, max 3cm. I do not think the above information would be enough to make a decision. I would advise to find and go to a shop that has both things on stock: the central stand and the exaust. Or, at least drop an email to SC Project for exact size of its product.
@@tatandvlog8192 Thank you for the effort 😊👍. I know that with Akrapovic is possible to fit the center stand, but I like SC Project more. If I can't get SC to go with the center stand then I will go for the Akrapovic. Thank you again 👍
"Yes, we can" as soon as I get my moto back from the service. I also need to cut the welding that holds the dbkiller in place (it was probably the Euro4 requirement the producer had to follow).
I decided to not to remove it for a while. The db killer sits in the main pipe very tight and I am afraid of damaging it while cutting the welding. Secondly I had an accident and my XSR needs some repairs. I also need some "repairs".
@@tatandvlog8192 oh...sorry to hear that bro. Anyway, I kinda glanced somewhere that your going to post a follow up video without the db killer. Be waiting for that. Ride safe and get well soon. 💪👍
też musze wymieć rury... brzmi to przepięknie, ten właśnie niski pomruk
Sounds great! thanks for the helpful video
very nice sound, thumbs up.
greets from a German Motovlogger
Thx for your comment.

Nice Work you have done by replacing a portable Exhaust for safe keeping the Pillion's seating
Looks good, sounds good.
that SC sounds nice and all, but what you really want is a kelpi shorty. you're welcome
Love it
How can i get the db killer out ?
I do not know yet. I had an accident in May and my bike is still broken. Fortunately my leg is better...
@@tatandvlog8192 ohh ok. Speedy recovery brother
Do you know if you can have the center stand fitted with this exhaust?

please tell me what is the exhaust torque N~M
The 4 big nuts holdig the pipes to cylinders: 20 Nm. O2 sesnsor: 25Nm. Big screws holding the main can: 20 Nm. The rest: 10Nm.
Is this the Euro4 exhaust with catalyst?
Exactly.
It's fully legal. It has the euro4 certificate.
Can we see the video comparing the sound with and without the db-killer?!

.........Hello, ...."To be continued?"......😂✌👌
Well... I am busy, it was snowing again last week and I do not have a time to do it. But thanks for reminding me anyway.
Should have removed the db killer though
