Ingredients:
Beetroot
salt pepper
olive oil
2 bay leaves
wrapped in tin foil and into a preheated 200 C oven for 30 minutes

half a chicken stock cube

2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
water for viscosity
Beetroot chips fried in vegetable oil and salted
Chicken breast
Apple strips
rosemary
