I cross referenced your notes with mine and the one I'm missing is Excavation Office . Even though I have it... must have bugged. Means I can't get the achievement for all field notes FFS!

It is impossible to get all field note trophies in this game, im afraid. I saw hundred of comments in many different case reported the same as you. Only solution i think could help is report the bug to bethesda and hope they could update new patches.

@@gamerzonezz i managed to glitch the notes one, people have said once you get them all you take a photo of the hints on the jesus door in the tower of V and also the fountain door , but now i have (50/50 relics) but no achievement ... game must be bugged at thinking 49 and not counting the secret last one..

Yup i also did this trick to earn the trophy, it seem works with the missing trophy in sukhothai but not yours

Eh, no i meant there is another missing note in sukhothai - which can use your above trick to fix. Your note on other hand is the first time i heard.

Is ziggurat guide one of the 14 or the photo of the office?

Nah ziggurat guide count as book system, the last note if you want to find is behind the ending of game in the journal wall (required 50 relics)
