I have seen someone who explain the theories, that the zombie were come from another magma's failed project, that they were try to make superhuman, but then failed, so that was where the zombies come from, sorry for bad english
Honestly I have no Idea. But maybe we get a Alien Shooter & Zombie Shooter Crossover next. Maybe the "alien invasion" was human caused along with some virus! Who knows^^ I hope Sigma Team does another one.
