Most of my pcs I bought on Mercari Jp (sometimes you can find rare pcs for a cheap price but you have to be really fast to purchase) and sellers on twitter (with ksellers, I don't really like to buy from them bc there's a lot scammers and they're not kind when talk to you and when its rare pcs they go with qyop or best offer). If you have more questions, feel free to ask😊😊

They put on sale at random times, you need to check out fast when they post and purchase as soon as possible, on mercari there's no cart (like I was going to purchase the pc and then a box popped out saying there's another person making the payment so I couldn't buy, so need to be fast), you check the product and purchase directly. (Sorry if my explanation is hard to understand 😓) This is the system if you buy directly from mercari jp, but I'm not sure if is the same if you use proxy site like buyee, neokyo...
