Yes.... Going through a major heartbreak and anxiety and frustration and anger and distraction mid medical school final exams. All problems at once. I do need some dopamine, some instant gratification to get going. I'm really feeling weird energies just want to be able to study peacefully. Im trying my best with the kind of mind I have right now. I want peace and stability ❤
Been more active in looking after my physical complaint and it phycologically affects performance and makes me impatient. I know what can get me harmonies that reflect good clean fun. No stimulants that affect recovery. It definitely connects with me. To feel satisfied I need to communicate and actively giving life my best shot. When I won't be isolating I will have a new curiosity where we can catch up, with quality relationships and firm standards,of what not to do. Think more about my family when I'm strong enough. It's very complex and I need to go at things with less impatientce. Thank you for structureing it all up in one video. Even though it's difficult when people pull us up as adults. Sometimes we forget that we have a moral obligation to act accordingly and consider how we can remedy our sorrows healthy 🌈🌻☮️🍀👑🍨🙏
