Just like real cats. They want to be left to fend for themselves until they miss their Favorite People & want attention from them (whether it's food, protection, or affectionate petting).
The voice acting for the tail grab was spot on!!! You really are improving as time goes on! I love hearing the difference from when you first started these to now and I cant wait to hear it keep improving! Also, these really were a great set of comics! The bath one was my favorite lol. Keep on making them!
@@WillStarshine Well I was referring to whoever does catra and adora... so yeah that person if its them! But all of us can always improve! I'm a VA too but I live with a voice teacher so I kinda get some extra advice at home lol. She has an even better ear then me, I call hers super hearing, its that crazy good( and occasionally annoying 😅)
I understand you were but at the same time, would've loved your bit of kindness towards me too or at least some criticism as I really don't know how people feel about my voice acting.
@@WillStarshine Wow, just checked out your channel, and aparently we have similar tastse in shows lol. Sound good? 😌 ( idk if youtube lets use do messages, but you can sent them to me on Instagram if you want, im under thr same name and picture. )
That's because Catra thought Adora didn't want her the way Catra always loved Adora. Even when they were enemies the past 3 seasons (in season 1, they were still tentative allies), Catra still loved Adora deep down. Her affectionate "Hey Adora" catchphrase & flirty teasing gave this away. Indeed, even when they were fighting on opposite sides, this playfulness still existed, for the most part, at least until Catra finally snapped upon realizing Shadow Weaver had once again chosen Adora over her, to the point that the former Light Spinner had switched back over to the Rebellion's side after watching The Horde implode from within thanks to the self-destructive tendencies of its Force Captain. The thing of it is, Catra's vicious cycle of deep self-loathing & repeatedly harshly pushing away anybody who legitimately cared about her to avoid looking weak or getting even more emotionally damaged would be the direct result of both The Horde's militant mindset (in other words, putting blind obedience to the group's goal of overtaking Etheria by any means above any one individual's personal ethics) coupled with Shadow Weaver's own intentionally manipulative abuse (which successfully intended to drive a wedge between Adora & Catra, with Adora being looked at as the prophetic golden child saddled with a selfless martyr complex, whereas Catra's the one suffering the brunt of cruel punishment no matter the infraction, so much so that her very existence completely hinged on Adora's fondness for her, for as Shadow Weaver cruelly reminded kitten Catra via a cold memory flashback, "I've only kept you around this long because Adora was fond of you, but if you do anything to jeopardize her future, I will dispose of [read as: kill] you myself. Do you understand?'), so when Adora actually leaves at the start of the series proper, Catra doesn't see this through the moral lens of Adora getting away from the toxic environment she had been raised in since childhood & becoming the literal savior of the entire universe per her titular protagonist role as the vessel for the heroic legacy mantle of She-Ra, Catra instead selfishly internalized this as Adora abandoning her! After all, unlike Adora who had been brainwashed into thinking The Horde were the good guys & the Princesses were evil instigators until she actively saw the atrocities committed by The Horde against innocent civilians for herself, Catra was never afforded the luxury of such an illusion, because to Shadow Weaver, even though everyone else except Adora was seen as expendable pawns in The Horde's needless war against the Rebellion, the sorceress mistreating Catra the way she did was entirely personal simply because Shadow Weaver knew from the very beginning that Adora was intimately close to Catra, so she sought to exploit this by consistently pitting the two girls against each other during holographic simulation training sessions with the other cadets, yet whenever Adora & Catra misbehaved as nearly almost all children do at some point during their formative years, rather than reprimand both girls equally (with the appropriate punishment fit for the purported transgression in question), Adora merely got a proverbial slap on the wrist in the form of a firm talking down to about how she needed to keep Catra under control (This basically relegated Catra to little more than Adora's anthropomorphic pet, whose delinquency Adora needed to reign in [If Shadow Weaver had her way, if Shadow Weaver couldn't get rid of Catra outright without upsetting her favorite star pupil, then the magicat ought to have been kept on a literal leash, which would've more than likely come equipped with an "If Lost: Return to Adora" owner's nametag], thereby not only disregarding the human parts of Catra, but also ensuring that neither of the girls actually had any real independence of their own), whereas Catra was unfairly forcibly restrained by Shadow Weaver's shadowy tendrils, given forced electroshock treatment (to put it bluntly, Catra was routinely physically electrocuted from the connection Shadow Weaver had forged by somehow linking the Black Garnet's electrical power with her dark magic whenever the magicat acted against orders), she was constantly verbally patronized & spoken to condescendingly as if the magicat had no value to anyone except Adora (Lonnie, the tomboy Horde cadet with dreadlocks [who's in a canon polycule relationship with both the often emasculated gay man-child Kyle & the tough lizard guy Roghelio] even seemed to prove Shadow Weaver's assessment correct when she snidely reminded Catra that "Adora's not here to protect you anymore" following Adora's defection) & of course, Catra typically finding herself terribly mentally/psychologically abused either upfront by the toxic people she worked under or internally by her own increasingly destructive self-loathing due to severe self-esteem issues.
However we did ask the artist and we were allowed to Dub. Some just don't allow Reposts on Instagram or Twitter. We always make sure to ask and will never do a comic anymore (we made mistakes in the past and we live up to them), without the artist's premission
0:02 Wrong suite for that scene. 1:07 Catra first off why are you even in the bath unless Adora got in first sense you're both in the tub, second off a quote from Jontron: Careful what you wish for? They should be saying careful what you don't wish for! 1:07 That! Note I do love Catradora I just didn't want to see them in the newd whatever they do off screen is they're business.
"I think I've been sleep deprived my entire life"
*Looks at Season 4 Catra*
Well that's the understatement of the century
She was probably sleep deprived all her 'life' in that false reality the portal created. So by s4 she'd sleep deprived for TWO lives.
you took the words out of my mouth
Have you seen those Brightmoon pillows? Those things will swallow you whole, Catra is NEVER leaving the bed.
@@duskyrc1373 So, that leaves 7 lives she's not been sleep-deprived of, then, considering cats have 9 lives.
That first one should've ended with Adora saying, "I've been trying for over four seasons."
Yesss 🤣🤣🤣
YES
Catra: "i hate u"
*2 seconds later*
Catra: "i miss you."
Looking for this comment-
This is the most accurate thing I have ever seen
This was actully maybe the best comics form she ra this week
I could almost feel Catra's embarrassment in that first 1
I could feel it too

@@Catra_x_Adora Again???

I figured the drawing was actually scratches made by nails or Catra's claws.
but then how would it be colored?
@@amber3392 They colored over it by stealing inks.
That first one tho 😳 i didnt expect that
