The nostalgia is immaculate and the cover is perfection!!!! Cascada was a staple of my childhood and the early youtube AMVs was usually Cascada or Linkin Park so I love this combination!!!

Yeah it's literally cuz Jon shredded so hard that our eyes couldn't keep up with it.
But in reality it's probably the frame rate that they filmed it at. Cuz they probably were filming at 30 fps but the sticks were moving faster than that do the camera could keep up.
If they used a higher frame rate like 60 or more then we probably wouldn't get those floppy drumsticks, or at least they would be less floppy

So, either they acturally are rubber, or its your eyes not comprehending the shutter speed. Theres a part of your brain that keeps you from seeing the blur of your eyes shifting from one field of vision to another, and that same part is what controls what's basically your brain's fps setting. So your eyes just follow the point of least motion, or the center of balance, that stuff. Thats what causes thr image to bend.

By the way I went ahead and paused a druming section and went frame by frame (using period". " and coma ",") and there are indeed frames where the drumsticks are bent, so it is not the eyes.
Just an FYI for those interested.
Edit: Also there are sections where no frame shows contact with the drums wich as an animator facinates me.

oh u mean like everyone who dislikes a Nightcore video and post hate comments about them? all of the ppl who post those hate comments r doing it just to be assholes. they don't even have to watch the video if they don't like it, yet they still post hate comments anyway. its stupid. I swear, those profiles r all one guy who just wants to be an asshole to Nightcore fans and the ppl who make them.
To be fair, there's actually a _reason_ why people do that to Nightcore "artists". Nightcore is just stealing music and speeding it up. There's no work involved in it, and many times it just takes viewers _from_ the original artists (and there are many, many Nightcore "artists" who are extremely rude to the original artists when the original artist asks them to take their video down (one Nightcore artist even issued a copyright strike against the original video because of it).
Cherry spends about 4-5 hours on each one of her Nightcore videos. still think there's no work involved? also, its not stealing cuz they give credit to the original artist. u ever read the descriptions in those videos? nah ur probably too lazy for that. there is a serious hate stereotype against Nightcore and u've bought into it like most ppl online. ur basically being the ppl who call Metal and Heavy Metal demonic and satanic and saying it sucks, but ur saying it about Nightcore instead. its the same stereotype, just different genres. don't compare Nightcore covers and remixes to the original, ur insulting both verrsions by doing that. and if ppl prefer the Nightcore over the original, than that's their choice. not ur place to judge them or the person who made the Nightcore. leave it God above to resolve. and if I pierced ur atheist bubble of "God doesn't exist so I don't have any sins to be guilty of", then tough. u do have them. everyone does.

Even if they are being completely serious, it is their job and what sounds "manly" to them might be something another one of us would categorise as "badass female" but it doesn't matter because at the end of the day it is their perception.
