LOL your disclaimer is hysterical. I used to collect pandas... stuffed ones and pretty much anything with pandas on them. Your collection is adorable. Especially the sock monkey... always wanted one. Those 'book catalogs' were called simply Book orders from Scholastic book catalogs! :)) They usually came out right before book fairs to preview what there would be at the book fairs and then you could order from the catalog or from the book fair! Those were my favorite part of elementary school!

:] My brother gotten me a giant teddy bear for my first Christmas. Like you, I was very talented little kid and named him Big Bear. He is still in perfect condition, sitting my closet (off in college now and living in an apartment.). You gave me and my boyfriend a good laugh at the fail at the not showing that you were talking. (I am so not trying to spell out that word.)

I collect horses, mostly toy horses. Although almost all of my three hundred horse collection is in storage. But I have two stuffed animals (they aren't horses) but dogs. And my first is a stuffed dalmation named, you guessed it Pongo. I slept with him for at least 14 years and he's so tattern and torn and wore out, but mom put him up when I got a new stuffed dog who's name is Rusty and still to this day (I'm 18 now) I sleep with him. I can't sleep well without him he's my little bed buddy.
the book catolog things are called scolastic...something...things...i remember cuz i wud always buy the books for the pretty jewelry that came with them :P oh and GREAT CUTE monkey collection! the ending of the video with the pics, was so cute, PLEASE do the 2nd bin!

I understand that 300 monkeys are a lot of monkeys to have in your bedroom,,,but if you consider them to be a collection, make sure they are properly stored and safe, not just stuffed away in a box in the basement. I collect €2 commemorative coins, not a very original hoby but I do love to stare at them LOL kisses
Hi Blair! My two year old is also obsessed with monkyes. She got her first one when she was born and so far theres 8 of them in my house not including her jammies and tea party stuff
Blair, if you ever come to Holland you HAVE to go to the Apenheul in Apeldoorn! It's a zoo with just monkey's and there are also a lót of stuffed animals in the souvenir shop!! also really big ones!
The next one is this one its a puppet and its makes noise *squeek* and i like him. lol best part of the video. i've gone through faves of animals i collect. i went through a monkey phase and a bunny phase and of course the dolphin phase, and now i love pigs but i dont really own any. Of course Teddy bears, but my sister liked teddy bears more than i did she has/had over 100 teddy bears then she moved on to frogsmaybe i'll do a video response showing all my random stuffed animal-ish-ness.
