As someone who’s made a couple asmr videos for fun I can attest to the fact that making asmr is just as therapeutic as watching it. Ours lives are all so busy and intense and taking time to speak softly and slowly do some movements and focus on a quiet task is very meditative and I’m glad Trish has this channel. I’ve struggled with trauma and mental illness and it’s all so overwhelming I can’t imagine also having so many people watching your every move too. This is really positive for Trish and I will never hate on someone making positive moves in their life
