Raag Puriya Kalyan - Muslim Shaggan

Muslim Shaggan sings Raag Puriya Kalyan, at the roof of the old Hindu Gymkhana Building in Karachi which currently houses the National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA). We are very grateful to them for letting us film at this beautiful location.
Muslim is an illustrious young flame of the Gwalior Gharana in Pakistan today. Trained by his grandfather, the great Ustad Ghulam Hassan Shaggan and his uncle, Qadir Shaggan, he carries on the family legacy with grace and passion. He recently also received the Pride of Performance on behalf of his late uncle, Ustad Qadir Ali Shaggan.
