Please Don't follow his hair routine as he lives in Clean Climate Kashmir and his genetics are good but the routine he is following now is not good for himself too and he will face the bad results soon , if he keeps following this routine. I also have long thick hair from the past 3 years I am maintaining it here are some tips Do shampoo and oiling twice in a week only. After bath don't rub your hair harshly with a towel just do a tap tap. Don't comb on your wet hair Let your hair dry first (don't use any dryer or external heat) and use only brush to comb hair. You can use any hair serum too but avoid wax , gel , clay , straightener and dryer. If you're facing hair loss use minoxidil. Or Barber se bola krien k sirf baalo ki nokien kata kry after 3 months or rough scissor ( kanto wali kenchi ) na use kiya krien. In 2 months ap ka hair apna khud ka natural oil produce krna start kr dien gy and you'll see results.. It takes time or achi cheezo ko time lgta ha

So I’m 21 year old and a year ago I had very high density hair and at that time I was not shampoo user and scalp health was Gud then I started using shampoo and my scalp became super oily and my hair fall started I don’t know it’s bcoz of shampoo coz I have genetics issue also Now my scalp is clearly visible and hair are thin and I visited doc she suggested minoxidil and fin topical and I’m using it from 2 months there is not any regrowth even scalp is more visible now what to do minoxidil should continue or not plz reply
@@AnshManocha Brother it was not because of using shampoo you had hair fall because of genetics and hormones changes Do these steps 1 : Use any organic shampoo free from sulphate and paraben before that have an oil massage by adding few drops of rosemary oil in your regular oil for massage because rosemary oil itself is concentrated 2: follow all those hair care steps that I mentioned above 3 : Maintain a proper 7 to 8 hour sleep and balanced diet ( healthy fat , protein, fiber and carbohydrates etc) 4 : Avoid Junk Food , m@sturb@tion** , p*rn and all that stuff from your life because these things make you a stressed and unhealthy person 5 : Don't Take the stress of your hair 6: Most importantly apply minoxidil twice a day consistently for at least 6 months after that you might expect some results If after all that you've the same issue of hair loss please visit your doctor ASAP
Thank you for your comment brother i was also going to comment about it he lives in very amazing atmosphere, and also he genetics are so much better than us, I'm also growing my hair from 2.5 year + I had hairfall little bit from starting then I have rebounded my hair the hair growth became slow i think it was spilt ends so trimmed them little but the growth is still slow so i avoided chemicals but i barely used oiling also and now there so much hair fall i can`t even elaborate....! I'm asking that i heard that rosemary or minoxidil have to be permanant or hairfall will became more then before is it true or something like that...?
