Thank you for the comfy video. It is always fun to see how fellow collectors curate their wish list. :) As my collections grew, I became more and more critical of what I pick up. For example, I wouldn't consider any figure of a character I am not familiarity with, no matter how nice they look. Other than Miku, I will not pick up more than two figures of the same character. I prefer to complete sets of figures from the same series and prefer ones that complement each other well. Anything that doesn't fit in my shelving will automatically be deprioritized. The obvious tradeoff with all these "rules" is I may be excluding some outstanding figures that may otherwise appeal to me, but this keeps my lists short and focused, and my spending in check. ;)
Aww thank you so much! ☺️✨ And I agree with a lot of your points! I want to keep familiarity in mind as well when it comes to figures. OC characters are the exception, but I did preordered 4 Evangelion figures, 3 out of the 4 were from the Radio Eva line, in the past that I cancelled because I haven’t watched the series and I bought them for the street wear aspect. Honestly looking back it was dumb for me to order those in the first place. 😭 And I agree that I try not to pick multiple figures up as well unless it’s of a character I really really like. Miku is also an exception to this rule since she has so many cool outfits. Sets are another thing. For instance I have the whole Vocaloid Hanairogoromo set and they look very nice completed. Like it felt like it was worth it to get all of them. Plus Star Shadow Magician’s line of Mushroom girls by Reverse Studio and Dessert Planet themed figures by Ribose are a must have set of figures for me since they look so good. 😭 And I have been boxing some figures up that I don’t want to display for the time being and heck even selling some of them since they don’t really fit my collection and are at the end of the day regret purchases. And I want to try to trim things down more in the future because figures can go down in the aftermarket so you can get them for cheaper. Some figures are an exception if it’s of a series/character I love or if the figure is by a company that doesn’t do rereleases. Preordering makes me feel secure, but I just have to work on being patient after release since some figures I got for retail have gone on sale. Plus also looking to spend the money on figures on my wishlist that I’ve been wanting for a while. But thank you so much for sharing your own thoughts and opinions! I appreciate you taking the time to do so! ☺️✨
I saw the Gilgamesh Myethos on FB in mint condition for almost its original price and I immediately bought it cause his pose/base is better imo but Alter is better in colors/paint job (so probably will buy it too haha). Anw, the Geto freeing is my holy grail, hopefully I can buy him this year hahaha
I agree with the Gilgamesh figures! Alter’s has a bit more brighter colors which I like, but I feel like Myrthos has a better pose and the inclusion of his NP. The colors for the Alter one won me over overall. Hopefully the Geto figure isn’t too expensive aftermarket wise and that places have him discounted. ☺️🤞
Yeah. Almost 50k yen and I can’t imagine the shipping for her. 😭 Actually she thankfully was on Good Smiles Online Shop so thankfully you could get flat rate shipping, but it’s still crazy.

I have the 1/4 Gojo and Freeing actually nailed him. Imo he looks perfect! The Geto also looks amazing but I don’t have room/money for both 😂
I’m glad that Gojo figure turned out excellent and a worthwhile purchase! ☺️✨
love these videos! So interesting to hear your thoughts :)
Thank you so much! ☺️✨
That Altria B-Style is so good but also so expensive lol I'm sadly skipping her 😞

I have Rengoku's nendroid doll. He's absolutely adorable. I swapped out his original face plate
Definitely having the original Nendo helps with the one face issue Nendo dolls have. Honestly have slight regrets not ordering him. 😭
@@SakuraUnboxing Yeah, you're right about the faces. Hopefully you can find him at a decent price
@@ChisFigureUnboxing Thank you! Maybe on Mandarake, Buyee or AmiAmi preowned for hopefully less than retail.
@@SakuraUnboxing crossing my fingers for you
