The Atman 6:28 is THE “one” principle of universal law that is rarely talked about or ever realized. It must be KNOWN and contemplated.
The Atman is the “golden key” to unlocking the mysteries that open the door to the kingdom of Heaven in the hearts of all men, women, and children.
It is the one true understanding that must become a revelation for all spiritually minded individuals, regardless of their religious belief structures, including Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Muslim, etc, etc.
To embrace the knowledge of the Atman, ultimately leads to “knowing thyself”.
“ It has to be realised” is not a call to experience it, but it is a confirmation of what was said earlier: you cannot describe it in positive terms, you have to realise it to know what it is. Wich also implies that it is an experience, though different from all other experiences.
I am reading the Upanishads by Eknath Easwaran right now - I am definitely feeling something rising within me. I'm excited!

Giving up identification itself helps one live as their true nature. Renunciation or surrender of the false ego consciousness or separate self helps one abide as the Self - the Turiya. After the peek of the experience subsided I felt like I had turned into an angel, there was zero negativity in my body, I was pure joy. This ecstasy lasted about 30 minutes, then I noticed my negative doubting self slowly creep back in.
Knowledge and 'I' are both one, for one divest of all veiling curtains;
Another might have reason to argue still;
If the 'I' could be taken as other than knowledge
None there is to know knowledge here at all!

You got it . We are our own temple with source or other word you choose. We don’t use words there it’s all love like you have never felt. No word.
One can come to this realization of Turiya through its pursuit after knowing that it does exist via any medium of information that it is exposed to in life, for eg. this video. In this pursuit one may or may not be able to realize Turiya in the current life they experience and there is nothing to worry about it since if it is not happening in this life, then it is happening parallelly in another version where it does. There is purpose of both to exist since one can imagine both possibilities and many more. The path of every individual before becoming "One" is different and it should be since there is beauty in it as the experience through this human body is multiplied in our higher form of existence where a little peace becomes bliss and happiness becomes euphoria.
There is also another way one can come to realize the nature of our existence is by experiencing the ideas mentioned here and more. They won't necessarily be put forward in the same context but the fundamental truth to them stays the same. This path can be experienced if fate allows one to experience such causality in the current life which inclines their pursuit towards this realization via experience only. The purpose of being everything and nothing at the same time is to know the nature of One's existence in relation to one the fundamental purpose of life that is to know One's Destiny (Knowing the different possibilities), Maya (the system where a human body is built to experience a life through the five senses) and the Truth (For what purpose is One living and experiencing a human form).
Knowing this leads to something far beyond the comprehension of our three dimensional existence where One is not just free but is compelled to know more and lead other "Individuals" to become One and go further to their own truths.
The fact that you can SAY these words let alone REMEMBER them is nothing short of impressive!!! I feel like learning all the names and terminology is a whole separate class!!!!

We are all limited, even Ramana Maharshi was "only" a pointer for all of us (a darn good one) - supreme beings can only signal us that the liberation is possible if we are still blind to the reality as such. The work (the practice) is in our own hands, and no one and nothing can take that joy away from us.
God only knows how many supreme beings are there around us, right now.

Turiya is a superset. Not a subset.
In the turiya state you have the ability to remain in the no phenomenon state or the normal ego state and switch between them at will with zero inertia.
Its just that in the normal ego state you don't have the ability to switch into the turiya state at will.
plus perks like knowing all the past present and future at all times and ability to manifest anything anytime 😂
But here's the paradox. A desire arises in you so you want something which leads you to fulfill that desire and get the dopamine hit. All the karma that you do is just to get a dopamine hit. When you reach the turiya you just stop bothering to do anything, just stay immersed in bliss forever 🤷♂️ so all the abilities of turiya state are of no use cause you can anyway stay blissful and content as you've lost all greed and discontent.
So the ability to get anything you want comes simultaneously with the ability to not want anything 😂. That's the paradox of the turiya state 🤷♂️😅
This is not to be confused with a drug hit.
Cause drug is for pleasure and need for pleasure is due to desire.
Whereas the bliss of turiya comes out of no desire. when all discontent due to fatigue, greed, anger etc falls away. The supreme satisfaction that arises is the everlasting bliss of turiya.
Hence it's also called liberation or moksha.
I have experienced a long term grieving after self-realisation. I notice that I have been missing the old “identity” because I had something external to attach to. Now it is the awareness of self and it feels lonely when the illusion is shattered. It is not as enlightening as people think, it brings the awareness of the suffering that before it was not really realised through experience. Thank you for being here to make me feel more connected to mySelf
PERHAPS. Your THINKING your lonely. Thinking and projecting separateness . feel that you and your environment are a seamless whole... "one with the universe " was the humorous cliché.

What is Sanatana Dharma

In Tamizh sanam means people or masses, talam means platform or base and Tarumam(தருமம்) means giving ,servitude ,charity or grace. This fluid sensible life philosophy of Samanam when it was crystalized into religions such as Jainism and Buddhism took the word Tarumam for doctrine or creed as Dhamma( Paali) and Dharma( Prakrit).
The free service rendered can only be done by a renounced monk or nun in a world where everything has a price. In the world of matter the spirit finds its way in Tarumam and the earth is enhanced by it. This is usually done in ancient times by the ascetics visiting the villages from the caves(pallis) and giving them blessings , healing and knowledge in exchange for food( this is why in the Samana religions the monks have to beg for their sustenance).
The Saints(சாமி-Sami) are transparent beings of high spirituality who can either bless or curse. They are very sensitive and have strong involvement for goodness and justice. They are called Anthanars or peria( big) amanars(naked souls), this word periamana became brahmana then 'Brahmin'. You can see how everything from the Samana tradition was stolen and hijacked into Hinduism later.
Charity is the essense of Aaseevagam which is another name for Samanam ( Aasu- pure state , Eevu - naturally oozing out , Agam - abode) and it was encouraged even among the householders and praised as a pivotal virtue. Many a righteousness was prescribed for a good life by the Saints that became the code of morals and conducts in all religions. Indeed the world today is in dire need of what the Amana Saints taught and themselves were and that is "LOVE".

@@Da_Xman yes but I’m under the impression that there are Archons who trick us at death to return to the bright white light which just sends us back to Earth to reincarnate. They appear as Jesus Buddha family members whoever you would trust and trick you to reincarnate. They feed off our negative energy then need us to keep returning here. That’s kinda my question who are the Archons who are the Reptilians controlling the human race? I don’t think it’s as simple as knowing we are pure awareness etc. I meditate daily.
