Really curious to see what pikachu does. I’m personally expecting the prices to tank. Greninja was such an anomaly but it would be cool to see something like that happen with surging sparks too.
@michaelbrown1724 I mean I've seen the gold one sell at like £200 (uk) which is crazy to me as next month it'll be £30 as there's no gold tera type cards this set selling well. The SIR is going to do fine though I think will settle at about £120 after a short time and then will spike much like we saw with Greninja.
This set is going to crash so hard. There is so many newcomers in the hobby making their first mistakes. I think the only safe buy from this set at this current moment is the pokemon center etb's which won't really go down in price at all.

Yeah the greninja was a huge surprise, I don’t think the pika will follow that trend but I could see the hydreigon or latias doing something wild
@@michaelbrown1724 they'll tank, the set isn't even out yet, though the special art rare might not tank as its gonna be the chase card of the set.
@@2Balendin2 yeah the SAR’s are the only thing in question. The rest aren’t really hits imo. But I agree they will tank in price.

Hydragon is coolest looking card, imo.
Please don't get fomo, don't buy chase cards pre release. This set specifically is going to crash once the next evee set comes out.
