My name is Mark Canford. I am recognized as meta physician and genius by the City of Fort Myers Art and Culture Grant and I'm here, I wasn't prepared to speak to Mr. Flanders about this new culture center at the Edison and Ford estates. This is a profound opportunity to make culture knowable to the citizens of Fort Myers.
The art history has never been explained to the city or to the citizens. It's never been illuminated and I volunteer as individual artists to help Mr. Flanders establish civil rights for visual art, artist and art history based on art history. Also to establish a program for recycling the artist paint materials which I have invented through my grant. And as well I wish Mr. Flanders well and this endeavor and this is a historic opportunity to correct a profound injustice that's occurred in this county over the last 40 years which is the cultural genocide of the modernist and in which I am one of the last standing members.

My post Grant exhibition report extension and I provided you all a copy each of this in for 3 minutes I want to read this, it takes about three minutes and 15 seconds.
The city of Fort Myers Florida government was set up at some point in 1979, My question to impose is governance and non-recognition of individual art, artists and art history based on art history. The city of Fort Myers Florida policy enforcing a systematic non-recognition of individual art, artists and art history based on art history established a governance of discrimination and against recognizing civil rights for their citizen artist and their individual art and art history.
They innovated, invented or participated in. The public art committee has reported that the city of Fort Myers Florida gained enough revenue from taxes from art to stay solvent during the Great Recession then rebuild the River District to the Splendor it is today. The city also uses taxes and from art to destabilize our democracy and through governance of visual culture which is staged in our city governance as unaccountable and unapproachable to individual citizen inquiry.
No professional art criticism can exist of such a governance. The city of Fort Myers Florida policy enables a governance above accountability. Non-recognition of individual art artisan art history by policy and by the city of Fort Myers Florida has led to the establishment of an illegitimate government and for our city of Fort Myers Florida. This is a governance of taxation without representation. I submit to you today my January 21st 2020 city of Fort Myers Florida art and culture Grant and 2017 city of Fort Myers Florida art and culture grant recipients the exhibition post Grant exhibition report extension.
The city requested report is further submitted documentation of my city of Fort Myers Florida art and culture Grant activity. This report is for aiding the city of Fort Myers Florida and the establishment of civil rights for visual art, artists and art history based on art history and for establishing civil rights for computer handicapped recognition; an icon.
