Understandable. I’m like that as well. Though, if I were to be Ema’s BF (a foolish thought I know. Let me dream), I’d still give her the space she wants
i have never think someone who wants to be alone as selfish at all. imagine thinking minato aqua is selfish because she is too introvert to talk to anyone back then, thats strange. maybe she is judging herself too hard in the presence of other ppl?
I think you can judge the selfishness/selflessness of actions by imagining the effects if everyone were to do that action. If everyone wanted to be alone, then the world would be an isolated place. Whether or not thats a good thing further subjects whether its selfish or not. It seems like a good thought tool for measuring selfishness. E.g. If everyone were to wait for someone else to do the dishes, then no dishes would be done. I havent yet found a flawed example using this thought tool.
Yea, being around people can be very draining, especially in your own home.

The unicorns are about to go feral.
Dont worry ema, i will become the wall!
Translation subtitle feels weird... Feels like we're missing a sentences or two?
Yeah this clipper does skip translating some lines. Doesn't matter much to me since I know spoken japanese but it does change the context somewhat
Looks like she wants a BF that can take care every of her needs.
