  • 炒绿色蔬菜最好保持蔬菜的原味,各种香料最好不加。炒之前也不要焯水,注意不要把菜晾的太干就对了。
    It is best to keep the original flavour of vegetables when Stir-frying green vegetables, So don't add too much spices. Do not parboil before frying, don't let the vegetable dry out.
    材料配方:
    Gai Lan 芥蓝:500g
    Minced Ginger 姜末:1tbsp (6g)
    Minced Garlic 蒜末:1tbsp (8g)
    Corn oil 玉米油: 2tbsp (25g)
    Oyster Soy Sauce 蚝油:1tbsp (18g)
    Light Soy Sauce 生抽酱油:1tbsp (16g)
    Beef Bone Stock 牛骨高汤:1/4cup(60g)
    Corn Starch 玉米淀粉:2tsp (6g)
    Water 水:2tbsp (30g)
    Salt 盐:1/4tsp (1.5g)
