It’s obvious someone at that restaurant was filming secretly with a phone. They had reserved the tables around them for privacy so nobody could sit there near to them. The person who filmed this was not sitting close to them.
So no, they both did not see they were being filmed otherwise they would act like they act when they do see the camera’s like on premieres when they keep kissing and fake smiling.
