    Shouldn't we soak cholam for eight hours to remove the phytic acid in it ? Generally all millets should be soaked for at least 6 hours so that is really nutritious . Eating millets without soaking for hours is highly bad for health. Kindly guide after being informed properly.

      After cooking, it is not bad for health
