How To Download All Your Songs in Apple Music to Your iPhone (iOS 16)

Just bought a new iPhone 13 ( reluctantly ! but old phone died). And had alarm set for one of songs in my list... would not play it. ..googled it etc., No help! Thanks again!!! I miss iPhone 8 Plus!!!

If i have music that was not bought, but uploaded from CD's back in the day, will these automatically be part of the 'Everything" Playlist?

It won't "re-download" a song that it's already "Matched" unless you were to delete that song on YOUR Mac. At that point, it WOULD download it again, in the protected format and at a higher-res, if you so specify.

So can you get apple music premium for a couple months add a bunch of songs then download them to your iTunes then unsubscribe from apple music premium and keep all those songs on your iTunes?

Go to the Playlists, then TAP AND HOLD on the Playlist Name in list. If you open the Playlist, there will be a download (down) arrow and also the ... (more) menu in the upper right where you can select Download.
