- In today's video it's the day we have all been waiting for the reopening of Walt Disney World! I take you to Disney's Magic Kingdom to show you everything you need to know about what to expect when you come back to Disney World. I take you through all of the new health and safety measures, show you how to see Disney characters, how to take breaks from wearing your mask all day, we look at Cinderella's new castle paint job, ride some of our favorite rides, eat some good Disney treats and have a fun Disney day! Your expression: “I’m home!” Is only truly understood by those who love the magic kingdom. I highly prefer Disneyland to Disney World, but still feel the love there. Nice video, my friend.
I love Disney, but I will not feel comfortable going back there for quite some time. It makes me very sad.
What’s sadder is families being ripped apart by Covid and even more sad than that are the people whining about not being able to buy $10 hot dogs and $5 sodas while talking to a bunch of adults dressed up like oversized stuffed animals. These cry babies need to grow tf up and stop living in a fantasy world. Life is not all sunshine and rainbows like at Disney World. There is too much suffering and death going on and people are acting like “oh! Disney’s doors are open, guess that means everything is back to normal!”🙄

Your reactions are how I would feel WHEN I can come back to WDW. That camera lens is unbelievable. I saw things in the Haunted Mansion & Pirates of the Caribbean that I had never seen before. Who knew there were ghosts sitting in the chandelier? I agree with you about guests needing to follow all the safety protocols so the parks may remain open. I'm going to cry like a baby when I get back to MK specifically so I feel you. I can't wait to introduce my boyfriend to disney too everytime I watch these videos I think about how he is going to react to everything. Or not react lol. I miss being home though and I can't wait to reapply for the DCP since this year's was canceled. I'm happy I got to do it before or I would be crushed right now.

So my papa helped build the castle at MK. He did the iron work, meaning he built the internal structure of the castle. With that being said, the castle holds a VERY VERY special place in my heart! My papa has passed away and it’s a physical reminder of him every time I go to Disney. I absolutely LOVE this new castle! I can’t wait to see it in person

I was so happy to see your emotional reaction to being back at Magic Kingdom; I had always dreamt of going to DW and we finally managed our first trip in 2013. That time and every time since I have a physical reaction to walking through those gates - I usually cry. We were supposed to be coming again in Sept but we’ve postponed to next year now which makes me very sad. Amazing! It's a once in a lifetime treat to be able to visit the Magic Kingdom with such light crowds. I'm envious. The footage from inside the Haunted Mansion was perfect: slightly better than human vision, but not so much that it ruins the magic. I'd like to know the specs on your camera rig, if you don't mind telling. Thanks for sharing during this history making time, I don't mind admitting that I wish I could be there.

The new castle is gorgeous and the purple is so eye-catching but it just doesn't give me that classic, nostalgia Disney fantasy vibe that the old Cinderella castle did :(. I guess that's just because it's still so new looking and we need some time to get used to it. But man do I also miss Disney World and Universal .. the memories we make here as kids and adults cant be matched anywhere else. I miss Harry Potter World at Universal the most

I love the castle, it looks amazing! I unfortunately will not be returning to the parks until late of next year. I just don't feel comfortable going back with the numbers increasing. Great video though!

kevani88 - We rebooked a previous trip so we were able to do it this year.

The low light camera was AMAZING! The video from the Hauted Mansion was so vivid and clear.
Yeah, I think it hits me the same way. I always get the "feeling" at the train station/seeing the first part of main street. I mean, the castle is awesome and all but the entrance is just more emotional for me.

I am loving all the emotion I am seeing from my favorite vloggers going home again for the first time. It really is a little bit magical to see. I have not been a fan of the new castle pink in images I have seen. The color just looked off to me. Your video here was the first time I have seen it where the color actually looks okay. I think it has just been the distance pics that have made it look almost muddy. I am warming to it. 😁
I was really concerned that they had made it Salmon/peach but this video shows more of a cool pink which I approve of.
I agree about the pink. I do like the blue turrets, though. I understand that they are doing this so that so that it matches with Disneyland and Sleeping Beauty Castle, but pink and blue are Aurora's colors. They could have done the torrets for some cohesiveness, but maybe chose a blue instead of pink, as blue is Cinderella's signature color.
I had to stop the video, I could not stop tearing up. I think the castle is beautiful.

When you said I’m home and walked in, I cried! Dealing with all that this year has thrown at us, and going back to something that we love and used to do as normal life. I have missed Disney World vlogs so much cause it was something I watched on a daily basis. Mine and my nieces spring break trip of course was canceled like everyone else’s. So getting back to normal is something we all are looking forward too. BTW I love the paint job on the castle, it’s more vibrant.
