aww thank you so much. And that's a great suggestion. I've been thinking about doing something like that (Being a Christian in the work place). I'll definitely keep that in mind as I brainstorm for new video topics. As for staying restful - I think mainly I try my best to stick to my schedule (for the most part) but also listen to my body when I need a break. It doesn't mean I don't get tired.. I'm still exhausted because life is just extremely busy with kids and work. But it feels worse and overwhelming when I don't follow a schedule (like even my shower time, laundry time, etc. is on my calendar lol - but with room for flexibility of course). Also, at the end of the day when I'm feeling so tired, I think about what I did that day and thank God for all the beautiful things that caused my tiredness (healthy kids, a home to clean, a job, a healthy body that can exercise, etc) and this shifts my mindset from being tired to grateful. Thank you so much for your support and feedback!
