Hi, I'm riding a Gladiator like you to find a nice place and upload it in the video, so your video is full of excitement and your bumper in front of the Gladiator looks like it'll protect you no matter what it hits. You're so cool!
Love the White Gladiator Rubicon😉, Looks like an Aussie version of my Rubi. I just came across your channel the other day and have really been enjoying all your videos and I’m truly amazed at all your journeys ! I had some bad luck with some second hand AEV Alloys and you definitely have me leaning towards some cheap steelies. Thanks for all the great advice! ~Jon@SBYD!
Looks awesome. I see you found those mopar Jeep hub caps. They definitely make the steel wheels look better. I’ve been running those on my Gladiator for awhile now.
Great to see you back on the road Dan. I followed your past expeditions with great interest. They have been so fascinating to watch! Safe travels and looking forward to your Australian adventure. Tony - Brisbane.
Awesome video as always Dan, loved the front dash footage clips driving there through some of the forest. Looks just incredible, something I may only dream one day. Enjoying following along your journey.
Thank you for wonderful video! It is really interesting and useful! Plus motivate to travel! Cannot wait when all of us start travel easily again! Thank you for helping to promote tourism!
This is really great! Maybe something you can look into is stopping the glare on the windscreen from affecting the view of the dashcam, e.g. at 2:05 - 2:06
Very cool. It amazes me that halfway around the world and the terrain looks like north Florida. The other thing I've noticed is that there's an awful lot of man-made stuff going on everywhere. Boardwalks, signs and all. I always pictured Australia like this vast outback virtually untouched by modern man.
I've not been to Australia, but from my understanding, this area is a park closer to a major city. The middle of the island is where there is less development (kind of like Vancouver Island vs. Baffin Island?)
Dan mate I know it’s been a while since you got it but the low grill bar on the gladiator how did you get it in australia? I can’t seem to find it at any of the warm dealers all I find is the winches. Any info would be awesome and you’ve convinced me 100% that the gladiator is the truck to get. (Misso wants a wrangler I wanted a ute so perfect mid ground). Love following the build
The awning looks great for campsites, but you mention wanting it in Africa. Would you have been worried about damage to it when swarms of curious people stop by?

Side benefit of this channel - I am learning a lot about world geography!
Loving seeing these updates! Awesome drone crash at the end and loved the pun!
Love the view from the dash, especially the transition between different roads.

Dan needs a real TV show!

You'd have travelled through my home town of Bairnsdale on this trip. Probably straight past my bicycle shop! Happy travels.
Thanks Dan. Beautifully Done and great scenery

Great to see that you are exploring again!

Absolutely, will do!
Very cool.

Katie? Who is this long suffering companion? We need to hear more about her :)
oi use gunk to clean your engine. its a blue and orange bottle and this stuff works really well on keeping your engine clean and keeping it healthy
Great video Dan! You went and got the Jeep dirty!
Happy Thanksgiving from America 🦃!
Great video 🤙
It is better to call 7:38 a termite mound not an ant hill
If you get a chance check out bittangabee bay up that way, beautiful spot
When in Canada wear an Aussie hat, a baseball cap in Australia.

Love following the build
I actually ordered mine in about March, and it came in about August... so it's a LOOOONG wait!
The road chose you, will you ever go back to Canada? Impressed with the awning.
Oh yeah, Canada is home for sure. But I've got a lot of the world I need to see :)
Those fires were 2019/2020, not 2018/19. But very interesting to see it now, it’s a beautiful area.
Instead of the netting you might look into some expanded aluminum for an upper shelf.
Oh and it's Cro-a-jing-olong🙂
The awning looks great for campsites, but you mention wanting it in Africa. Would you have been worried about damage to it when swarms of curious people stop by?
No, people were always very respectful of my stuff, they would have been curious, but gentle.
What is that song at begining?
I'm surprised your allowed to drive around Australia right now. Thought they'd throw you in jail.
Aren't you afraid of drop bears, sleeping out in the wilderness?
