Musashi was clearly stronger than anyone else in this arc. Until the very end there were two outcomes to a fight; it gets cut short for some random reason, or Musashi turns you into lunch meat. The author didn't do a fight with him and Yujiro because of that lol

The fact they've specifically called this Baki Dou: The Invincible Samurai means that they definitely have the intention of adapting the other Baki Dou that came after this with the Sumo wrestlers.
I hope they will remake Baki Grappler specially Maximum Tournament arc. That shit is too much better than the Sumo crap XD

Race → social construct. Not a real thing in science.
Ethnicity → cultural background, heritage, traditions, etc.
Nationality → the country someone is from or connected to.
In this case, the character’s ethnicity is Asian, and the voice actor is also Asian, so there’s no mismatch there.
The specific nationalities involved would be Korean and Japanese.

@Mutterschwein they kinda do the manga justice, even with the manga you could feel the impact from the way it was drawn, the curved lines to guide your eye to the kick, the impact blast of the kick. plus the reaction of the person being kicked. this with sound and music make it work. IMO they do animate it enough and where it counts. the dress scene from Baki vs Ogre fight was imo done well.
Those artworks looks really good unlike previous season but animation lacked as usual

For most it was about Baki trying to get stronger than his asshole father.
Long story short, that's it. But after their fight, all of them are bored, so once they heard a legendary samurai is brought back by scientists, boredom is over.
Baki is just about fighting and brawling. That is how they have their talks about philosphie.
In 99.9 other Anime/manga, fighting is also a part. Maybe the conclusion to Conflict or long travel. But it is not about fighting (one piece or Naruto, for example. Fighting is a big part, but not the core)
In baki it is all about fighting. They suffer, they evolve, they discuss, they live and die while fighting.
In all the other one:" The fight is just a fight. "
In baki it is everything.
