Per stare in "fo4ma" come sta lui dovrei perdere 20kg
A 18 anni pesavo 70kg 😂😂😂 ero magrissimo , mi allenavo e lavoravo quindi smaltivo tutto... ma non avevo la resistenza di oggi ..
A 21/25 anni ero al mio massimo pesavo 80/85kg e lavoravo senza mai accusare😅..
A 27 anni Mathieu è ancora nel pieno delle sue forze , se poi aggiungiamo qualcosina si ottengono risultati impressionanti
Non so che idea hai di "magrissimo" ma un uomo di 1.85 m dovrebbe stare tra i 70 e gli 80 kg. MVDP è 1.84 x 75 kg quindi è perfettamente in peso forma. Magari al Tour scende a 73-74 kg, ma anche in quel caso è in peso forma (e si vede). Ovviamente un bodybuilder potrebbe superare gli 80 kg per via della notevole massa muscolare, ma qui si sta parlando di atleti, che tra l'altro son ciclisti quindi stanno ancor più attenti di altri a non mettere su massa grassa e, se non serve, nemmeno tanta massa muscolare.
@@marco7393 i ciclisti infatti hanno un bf moderato per via dell'alimentazione.. raramente hanno una per entrare di grasso bassa.
Lavorando per lunghi periodi in lattato producono molto cortisolo che tende a far perdere molta massa magra, di conseguenza hanno anche una buona percentuale di grasso.
Per me che non sono un pro.. ti posso garantire che 80 kg per me son veramente pochi ..
Quindi 70 diventerei trasparente😅
