Delta has issues with the FA's procedures. When the final soul count is done before closing the boarding door to match ops manifest count, ALL lavatories are supposed to be checked. In all fairness inflight can only do so much. This person passed through at least two areas that should have caught that something was off. TSA and the ticket or gate agent. During boarding I firmly believe that ALL airlines should change their policies. People are standing up, going to the lavatories back and forth.
