Scared homeless mama dog gets a home for the holidays

Mama Lucia was found with her puppies in a cold, empty school. After getting them all out and treated, Lucia was socialized by her foster, Franziska with Dallas DogRRR. Lucia did so amazing and fit right in with her new pack... so her foster mom adopted her just in time for the holidays! Happy PAWlidays, Lucia!

Officially formed in 2015 as a street rescue for south Dallas, with a handful of dedicated individuals, Dallas DogRRR has grown from saving a few dogs to saving thousands across the state. Their mission remains focused on saving those facing the greatest odds. Whether abandoned, hurt, or displaced due to circumstances beyond their choosing, every animal needs a human voice to be their advocate.
Dallas DogRRR's mission is to create a safer place for animals by rescuing and rehabilitating those who are neglected, unwanted and abused across Texas or displaced by natural disasters nearby and finding them a permanent home. Their vision is to create a community in which people value the lives of all animals, decreasing the stray population and the number of owner-surrendered animals to shelters.
