Good Grace has been stuck in my head the last few days and I really love the song. I've actually been so moved (by God really, not just the song) that today I picked up a guitar for the first time in a couple of years with the intention of learning this song! THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH FOR THIS TUTORIAL. 😍 You have such a great approach to teaching! The tips about the vocals are much appreciated as well 😊 God bless - from New Zealand ❤
Thank you, Brian, this song is one of the confusing from lyrics "strangers as'' to chords and it took you 20 min lol. But it is my favorite one, I watched Joel Houston playing it on worship together but I was confused but this helped a lot.
Leonard Cohen wrote "Hallelujah" but Jeff Buckley made it popular. His version is very beautiful. I was wondering if the D5 was supposed to be a power chord played off the A string cuz sometimes people write power chords like that. A D5 power chord does sound good there cuz of the notes being sung. :) thank you for all your tutorials!
Always exited to see your new videos When wil you do a live channel and maybe let the community ask some questions for you and your friend making the videos
Hey can you please do the acoustic version of at Calvary by casting crowns. I want to play it for my youth group and I can’t find a good tutorial. Really enjoy your videos!!!
Hi guys, do you think it is misleading to say that God is “madly” in love with us? I like this song but I’m wondering about that line. I appreciate all you guys do!!
In my naiveness I find the notion quite comforting. The question of loving a being such as us, puny and sinful, seems absolutely absurd. Thus, the depiction of God being “madly” in love with our ragamuffin state is exactly as mad as it seems. I have too spent time pondering that line but I hope this has merit to your presupposition! Be well!
I'd love to, but I don't really feel qualified to teach how to sing well. Most of my lessons would be, "Sing it how you hear it", which isn't of much help to anyone, ha. I'd recommend finding a great vocal coach or teacher in your area and take a few lessons. Once you get rid of bad habits and learn how to breath properly while singing, it will help a ton.
I think the most confusing part of the song for me is at the end of the chorus where you play a D chord on the word 'help' instead of 'from' because melodically I hear a D on the word 'from.'

"Our blood is one"
This is awesome, thank u! I wish the info section had the chords written out per verse but i see why not also
I think a video on arrangements would be beneficial.😁
Amazing tutorial 10/10
The feel of the verses of this song and the verses of "May You Find A Light" are VERY similar, even if they might be in different keys.
Thank you!

How about a vocal tutorial? I can swing along with you just fine but I can’t seem to do it playing on my own.

Just starting out with the guitar. Our church struggles with praise and worship. What type of guitar pick is best for this??
Medium celluloid

El coro no es 'A - D - A - D - A - Bm - A'?
Respect your decision brother but you always stick to the "original" key.
No I disagree our church sings in the key of g way better
Haha strange as Em 🤣
