I’m sorry to hear you had a bad experience with your lawyer. I highly suggest to anyone to do their research before retaining their lawyer and find a lawyer they are comfortable with. Be sure to ask any questions you for the lawyer at the initial consultation.
@@calltate unfortunately, most people don't know what questions to ask when hiring an attorney. I apologize if you've already done so, but perhaps you could do a video explaining what to look for, what questions to ask, and who to avoid. Or at least any red flags to look out for. 😉
@@bh9262 a video at some point is probably a good idea and I'll consider doing that. I think it's a good idea to go with an attorney you feel comfortable with (not always just the first one you speak with). Make sure the attorney you speak with is the one going to be handling your case, is willing to file a lawsuit on your case if necessary, and simply won't refer you to another lawyer to file the lawsuit. I'd also highly recommend that the lawyer you hire exclusively practices injury law. It's tough to master one area of the law let alone many. At the end of the day, you want to make sure the lawyer you hire is someone you are comfortable working with.
I have a question I was sitting in my car that was legally parked in the parking spot getting ready to go into the dentist and a sheriff ran into my car from the back I hit my head and was thrown around I went to the hospital on the spot Called a lawyer and my lawyer got mf into a mri I have a slipped disk or bulging dick out by 3cm I got 3 epidurals but it’s still hurting so now I’m being referred to a surgeon but when I talked to my case manager today I asked her what was going on with my case she said they denied my claim back in may I asked her why they didn’t inform me they denied my claim she didn’t have a answer to give to me. My question is how can they deny my claim when he was 100% at fault. I’m pretty sure it’s on camera he didn’t have his lights on he wasn’t chasing anyone I was legally parked and the cop hit me ran into the back of my car he’s 100% at fault
Sorry to hear about your situation. This is a question you need to ask your lawyer. I would have no idea without seeing your file. Best of luck to you.
@@Pretty0131 I'm always happy to answer questions in the comment section of my videos, but I can't answer all questions, especially when you already have a lawyer and I have not seen your case file (and also if the accident happened outside of Kentucky).

If I lived in Kentucky this attorney I would retain he is awesome 😎
That is kind of you. Thanks so much!
How do u find out the policy limits?
Well done. Very informative. Thanks!
Thanks for the kind words.
Our attorney sold us out to the insurance co. No more care after 8 years of seeing the same treating doctors.
