Can I file a subsequent designation when I apply for the same mark with a different class ? Let's say for example I file class 9 and after a few months I realize I also need class 42 (under the same trademark). Would it be a subsequent designation or rather a new one ?

If a company from a country that is not a member of the Madrid Protocol wants to apply to countries that are usually treated as 'one country', must that company apply to each individual country or will that be the only situation in which that company can use the WIPO?

Hello. I would like to ask if it is ok for example this word has a trademark "Your hot" and then i want to use this phrase but i will use it this way "your H.O.T" is this alright? And the product line is the same. Or this will be trademark infringement?

There are things you are talking about that I do not understand...e.g. Local counsel meaning attorney?...If these countries are member states why select each country in the application?and it add fees for the country in you application...should it not be one standardised fee for all the members in the group?..Apart from EU...
