- clutch hard after 15 km vehicle run. this type of problem occers when vehicle non run constantly and long time stand a particular place. in that case we replace celease cylinder kit and the problem is solved.Particular on those vehicle which are not move friquently those vehicle has same problem.
clutch hard after some distance move or after vehicle heat condition.when morning time vehicle start this time clutch smooth.

Same thing happened to me. I broke my clutch lever applying too much pressure on it as it got super hard. After that I visited local mechanic on public holiday he made an iron extension to fix the clutch lever. I got to my destination and contacted another local garage I told them to change cylinder assy clutch release,(as I have surfed RUclips for the same problem) as whenever I pour cold water on cylinder assy clutch release it gave brief relief to the problem as it cooled down. It reduced the hard clutch problem. Despite all my efforts he changed clutch plate for Rs 5500 and told me problem is solved I left the garrage. My car broke down again the same day with same problem. I was frustrated with garage. I later online got the whole assy part myself for Rs 3500 and got it changed. And the problem was fixed. Hope I could have seen this video for changing only part of the assy for a fraction of the cost. Anyways good video and very helpful if you are facing tight clutch issue after vehicle runs for some time. Sometime RUclips gives genuine solutions.

Due to this I understand that there is no problem in cylinder . And the problem is about the rupturing of rubber ( cylinder assy).thanks you sir
I have Hyundai Accent petrol 1.5 liter SOHC model 2003, As slave cylinder is near engine exhaust, its get heated up after 10 to 15 KMS drive and clutch gets hard, I have very simple solution and it worked for last one year.
Take maruti 800 or Alto wiper fluid tank with pump, place at front near radiator, take wiper pump out pipe near slave solenoid and at pipe end place 3 way wiper nozzole, for electrical wiring place push type button in series with wiper pump and connect to battery positive. Place push button near to steering or gear knob, While driving Once you press push button for 4 to 5 times, slave cylinder gets cool water spray and clutch will get soft immidiately.
This simple solution is working fine for last one year without any problem and saved my 12 to 14 thousand for geniune hyundai parts.

No need to change the whole cylinder this problem is very common in I20.

My i20 is not run very frequently. In traffic few days back on a gradient it did not move even after releasing clutch pedal. Worked fine after cool down. Clutch pedal was normal NOT hard or soft.
1) Is this a cylinder issue too
2) where can I get the kit as Hyundai ASS has adviced change of both cylinder assemblies . Even those are not available in stock currently.

I think this is a different issue compared to the issue stated in the video. You must go to the service center.
