I love how the video turned out! It’s a little bit weird to hear my voice in someone else’s video lol
I love how when describing the oc's hybridity, you can see their mind and all hopes for their future degrading.
Forgot to mention them being a bad guy, becoming the ruler, being a firescales/mind reader/prophet/ and giving themselves powers with animus magic (like teleporting)

GUILTY. As someone who has a cringey animus prince oc, gosh I could lore dump but atleast he wasn’t ‘bullied as a kid’ 😭😭 He has quite the ruined reputation… and his aim is to redeem himself while also struggling the aftermath of a war affecting him mentally, which is how he struggles to build his way up! He had the opportunity of redemption to his tribe, but denied it because he wanted to be redeemed by everyone, not just his tribe,,
Seagull is so not just a cringy character, (at least in my opinion, but he's your oc so you definitely know him better haha) he's one of the most developed ocs I've seen and you've thought out every part of him thoroughly, honestly I wish I could make ocs as well as you do

@SteampunkHorse Wings of fire early access, a roblox game I believe was canceled due to copyright infringement. (Tui had said fan games were fine, so people had made a ton of games, then that happened and they had to be taken down or drop development, from what I've heard.)

Ngl, I kinda fall into the hybrid thing every time I make a new oc. But also some of them would look so cool! Like I cannot imagine a world where an icewing/rainwing isn't absolutely gorgeous.
Absolutely! Hybrids are very popular in the fandom but for good reason. Imo (and I admit I am biased because I too love making hybrid OCs) making a hybrid OC (if done well of course) is just as fine as making a purewing OC ^~^
I have a little family in my head of a rainwing who fell absolutely in love with a silkwing after they left the continent and they had a child, Dad rainwing is dingo, Mom silkwing is prism and I think I called their dragonet Jaguar

@Lirleith probably there's nothing wrong with having hybrid OCs what's up with the super overpowered "allwings" are a little Annoying. He doesn't even have a backstory or anyting it's literally just my character with my name just me and the Wings of Fire Dragon.
@@lux_less the exact process I used to come up with it was that I love Nightwings and love it idea of having golwing scales.
@@GundamKType My two sea/nightwing hybrids I made because I wanted a seawing with starry wings (named her Aquarius). The other is just her brother. I have another Nightwing hybrid who is other half sandwing. Made him because I thought it would fit a sunset/sunrise pattern well. So... my nightwing hybrids exist for the sake of cool wings lol

Shadystep was born a kittypet, named *Kittty* , when she ran away from her housefolk's den when she was 5 1/2 moons
She was quickly made into a Lightningclan apprentice as Shadypaw.
She excelled in her warrior training, learning everything in two moons. Goldenstar put her into medicinal training out of suprise.
By 9 moons, she became Shadystep. Some time passes as she trains apprentices add meets a *handsome* loner named Trick, a black tom with some red rosettes and a crystal necklace. They quickly became friends as Trick taught her about magic.
Soon enough, the old deputy, Sparrowfeather, retired. The entire clan knew who his successor would be.
It was of course, Shadystep.
Some moons pass, and Goldenstar grows paranoid, thinking that Shadystep was plotting to kill her to become leader.
Goldenstar plants a trap and Shadystep is nearly mauled to death by a dog.
With Trick's help, she recovers and expose Goldenstar. She reluctantly becomes the leader of Lightingclan but refuses to take the -star suffix. Starclan gives her 20 lives and she kills a bear
Then Trick gives her the ability to shapeshift.

I was a weird and different cringy. This was after reading book 4. But the OC was basically “nightwing, but on an island!” Not the volcano mind you, just literally a small clump of sand. No im only partially sure where that came from. It got more cringy later lol. Stayed as a nightwing and even kept the same name.

As someone who was in the brony fandom for 7 years this mentality stunts creativity and is super toxic. I couldn't develop properly as an artist for years trying to conform to cringe culture.

It's nice and subtle, at least. Technically unknown to the character, even.
Mudwing/Skywing hybrid. Mostly looks like a slightly burlier Mudwing, with somewhat dull scales.
Dad isn't evil. Just disappeared because, Mudwing. Mom is alive. Also not evil. Just a little fiery whenever Dad is brought up.

I think I only have two ocs at go past 2 types of dragons- and they are siblings- but that’s because two of my ocs fell in love and had kids- and one happened to be a hybrid. Emerald the sky/mudwing, and BrewMixer the nightwing, and they made Star and fade the half nightwing, half sky/mudwing lmao. I made both parents before the kids and that just happened.
