1. No one knew the words to SGF. It was supposed to be a Season 16 song and yet all the girls complained it was so hard so production took it off their iPods, only to give it to the AS9 girls. They also gave them the clean version to learn and then played the explicit for them to lip sync. Roxxy didn’t know the words either and Vanjie said there was a moment on stage both Roxxy and Plastique looked at eachother and laughed bc neither knew the words.
2) She obviously knew the words to this song because she only didn’t lip sync the MALE part and lip synched every other word of the song fine. Clearly a conscious decision to only lip sync the female part of the song although not one that played out in her favor of course
But yall need to stop acting like this is some crazy issue

Agree I'm just changing my perspective to "it's a charity season it's not serious" and I'm not to have strong feelings on who wins what
I've seen every single season at least two or three times....the riggery has been obvious since season 1.
I wouldn’t say there has been any actual ROBBERIES besides the girl group challenge and Angeria in snatch game
I feel the editing might have also an effect on what we see, and what happened. We know that lots of maxi challenges are edited for time (like Snatch game, the roast) but judges comments are edited as well. So the version we as viewers see isn’t necessarily cohesive with the judges decisions…
That being said, considering what we do see, yep some of the outcomes are questionable!
I could have told you that Plastique was in the top when Ru started busting her catheter at jokes that have been told since the discovery of penicillin. Momma was generous with her laughs for miss Tiara 💅🏻

I would have given it Jeorgous and Shanel. Only because Plasticque's flow in the Roast was not clean, and Shanel's runway was better than Angeria. That said, I was happy to see Angeria get her lick back.

I actually really enjoyed Angeria tonight, felt like she had a solid set and for me the best delivery, which pushed her above the others. I was fine with Palstique and Jorgeous for that second spot, I did prefer Jorgeous runway and delivery but I Plastiques jokes were better to me, so either of them was fine.
I was wondering what you think of the editing this season, it feels really weird to me and I don't feel we're getting much connection to the queens, and i think that's what's been hindering the season for me. I mean look how short these sets were, i feel like a lot must've been cut out.

SOOOO…While no one did really bad this episode, there WERE some redemptions and some standouts in the roast. For ME, the Tops were Jorgeous (TRULY a rudemption from her s14 roast), Vanjie (she went HARD and the burp joke made me cackle), Plastique (glad to see her leaning into her comedic side) and Angeria (it felt soooo natural for her).
For the runway, for ME it was Plastique, Jorgeous, GottMik and Vanjie. Therefore, one would THINK that besides Plastique that either Jorgeous or Vanjie would get the win. HOWEVER…after a second playback, Angeria DID turn out that roast (even though her runway was…questionable🪭🫣🤔).
The GAG of the episode was Plastique not lip syncing the male section of the song and passing it off to Angeria. Once that happened, Angeria sealed the deal (despite the unnecessary dip at the end 🪭🫣). Angeria & Roxxxy are REALLY keeping the drama going this season with their scissors shenanigans and I’m here for it. So on THAT note, let’s see how THIS plays out in the next episode. 🪭😁🤭🤭
I would’ve put Jorgeous and Plastique/Vanjie in the top 2. Jorgeous was seriously robbed on that top placement but I guess since she earned a second badge at the beginning, production started producing their shenanigans to push others (Angie) forward.

I'm pleasantly surprised once again to say Jorgeous was robbed. This should've been her 4th badge! She was hilarious, showed growth and had one of the best runways. At this point, what challenge can't she annihilate? She's nailed design, girl group, makeovers, and now the roast and has a lot more to show us I think. She's the one I'm rooting for now

I do agree that they gave Angeria the win to further the drama with Roxxxy which is good for this kumbaya season- they are both smart enough to know what they are doing- if no one is going home you need to figure out a way to keep the attention on you and not the other 7 contestants. On first watch me and my friend thought Plastique and Roxxxy/Jorgeous were gonna be top 2. I did have Angie as 4th in my ranking. No idea how you thought Vangie was gonna be in the top 2. I also lived for her jokes, but just from the reception from the room, it was clear there was no way she was even near that top placement 😭. I def think they saw Angie down on herself during the read through of her roast Bc the girls are getting under her skin, and this win was given to her to push her confidence full force. She’s definitely getting the protagonist storyline to Roxxxys Antagonist. I PRESSUME they’ll both be in the top 3, but if it’s anything like S5, Angeria might just be the new Jinkx lmfaoooo.

Sister!!! I had no idea that you also love HOTD, Team Black all the way! Roxxxy definitely annoyed this episode, idk if it is just her trying to appear pageant like or as if she has turned over a new leaf but it's coming out wrong in the edit for sure. Gottmik's prosthetic was so seamless, the illusion was ova! No one really gives illusions anymore so when you see it pulled off so well you have to give those 10s.

Also you can tell they shoot this in Cali cause the audience felt so inclusive/diverse trained during Vangie’s set. She gave a VH1 type of comedy which I think works for Vangie.
Angeria being called delusional is why there doesn’t need to be one black queen on the season alone. They really be ganging up on her for no reason other than that she’s the full package. ❤

yes! she literally didn't earn all those badges. you know what i noticed from roxxy? she gets to the end always because of someone else. in previous all stars she got to the end with the help from alaska and detox. in this all stars she's getting help from others to get the wins. hmmm.... to me it was jorgeous and plastique. i thought they were going to get the win because they were robbed the last time. this is now the second thing jorgeous should have won but didn't. who knew plastique was going to be the comedy queen of all stars 9? no one lol. i think they gave angeria a win so that they could make drama cause they knew she would cut roxxy, which was the only choice really.

My top two based on the roast are Angie and Vanjie. Jorgeous was good, but she was told exactly what to do for the next comedy challenge (coincidentally the next week 🤔. I see u production) I just don’t think it’s fair for queens to be fed the answers and get rewarded for it. Admittedly, Angie’s look was not the best. Vanjie’s look, while beautiful, wasn’t atomic to me tho.
