Hey Bionic! To point out when you opened the notepad with level.dat, Minecraft makes that code confuscated so people can’t know what is able to delete and what is not.
Nah, it's just nbt. Binary data. And it can't be viewed in notepad like other binary things(images, videos, etc). It is simpler and faster to store nbt in binary, than convert it to something human-readable like JSON and vice-versa every time

The weird name is just entity number. Minecraft replaced the bionic with a random entity.
