Overall, you're well-organized and cheerful. "What color is the grapes?" should be plural because "grapes" is plural even though it's a "bunch" of grapes. When you count syllables and/or words, the child cannot see the numbers when you present them perpendicular to your face rather than front-facing. You are definitely an experienced teacher as noted by your patterned processes, smooth transitions, and comfort level teaching. Thank you for posting your video.
