Both very very fussy people I would give up
My thoughts exactly. If this wasn't on camera, most brokers would have said either take it or leave it.
What feature is Stroh asking for? Secret dungeons?
Of course not lol. She wants fireplaces and crown molding and cornices and stuff like that. Sex dungeons are not a period feature, hon, lol.
I can't find a house...yes dear...that's cos you watched too much Disney as a child 😂
Why was the lowest of three offers accepted? I don't understand, don't the sellers just want as much money as they can get for the house?
Because they're chain free, which means they don't have to sell a house before closing.
The seller doesn't have to wait. The difference wasn't substantial.
If it’s such madness you should have thought about having 3 children just a little bit more….
Whenever you show flats you never mention the dreaded monthly maintenance charges.
Taxes, insurance, utilities!!!
@@judithsweeney2553 I mean, it goes without saying. They can't provide specific numbers for every single house on the show, lol.
but that is equivalent to council tax for houses, isnt it?
@@vanessaruiz4705 no, as you have to pay council tax as well!
YOU! Have 3 kids! Really? My Monday night fight club, my Tuesday night...blah blah...
Dang. 😮 Who starts crying while looking at houses? Talk about hormonal.
Both these women are slightly crazed.😅
To be fair, there have been quite a few people who have cried throughout the years of Location, Location, Location.
Noni drives me nuts with her indecision..........
Does house hunters ever look at other areas ,its always the south east
Steph is nervous and scared OF EVERYTHING!
Yeah that look from Nonnie with the batty eyeball look at hubby and tears with the other good grief -----says much --- painful to watch.
A grown woman with three children bawling like a baby on national TV over a house? Just wow! Poor kids and husband!
Just curious..if she was an only child or even only daughter where she grew up getting what she wanted.
someone (her) seems very spoiled and selfish and needs to grow up. She has a very patient husband. The kids looked spoiled as well and out of control - no fault of their own but she needs to make some major changes in her thinking
Maybe it was orchestrated?
The prices are RIDICULOUS! How much do people make in Britain?
They’re in London. You want cheap, move to West Yorkshire. Don’t move to the most expensive place in the UK! 😂😂😂
28:15 : "I've got to pay for it" is telling. So is not acknowledging what moves your own wife. Which clearly bothers her. She is already thinking forwards and a level deeper than he is.
The lady with the 3 kids is seriously depressed and can't make sound decisions. Who bursts into sad tears at the siight of a house that's not yours? Such a brat. The other couple have lobster tastes and beer budget. I would love to see an update on where they are now.
I think it's because she's already been living in a house for years they bought which she's hated since the day they moved in.
Lovely show, please can I request property’s within the lower price range LLL? 😊
