Dang I feel the heat for everyone that’s been in the hot seat. I salute you all for doing this publicly. Dave is great with the questions and asking what certain things mean to the them. So much of the “culture” does lifestyle marketing and not telling the real about their business.
You don't have to start with Ads. You start organically. Do trade shows, show up, do pop up events, create videos bts, talk about your business, do lives, do q&a, do collabs. With a product it's so much potential.
I like this entrep's enthusiasm for his business. David asked great questions. The entrep had an answer for everything and it was...a lot of words. Be careful, stay with a growth mindset and not a fixed one.
Good one! His expenses are eating his business up, but at the same time he’s getting the sales at the store to support it. I almost wish he could downsize to a kiosk to save on that rent overhead.

David did a great job speaking about the type of mindset the young man has versus the mindset he needs to get to his goal.. a mind that thinks systematically vs a mind that thinks in productivity… the young man was too concern with proving his point that he can do it, instead of listening to learn how to pivot and move differently to make what he believe he can do a reality… So many people make the mistake of not taking sound advice because they think it interferes with their Faith….

I live in Stone Mountain , i can tell you Stonecrest Mall be DOA , most of the stores closed down doing the pandemic. He should setup a POD business with a local company

As someone who has similar conversations with others, I greatly appreciate this interview. I just found this channel from a short that popped up about the woman and the Escalade. Very refreshing and real conversation! We definitely need more of this in the community bc looking ahead is important for success.

I’m not that business savvy but even just listening to these folks, they are all over the place an trying to master their businesses but aren’t mastering anything. He seems very slick with his mouth and says the right thing behind it but he got too much of a hustler mindset. Do these entrepreneurs realize it’s people who make millions of dollars and only live off little because it’s not starting the business it’s staying in business so with staying in business, it’s a lot of things they need to do.

How about you find out if Dad had uncles migrating from the South, like our paternal grandfather and his wife, the beautiful Ella (Nelson) Shands did. Does he have...birth certificates 2 generations back ? There was several Shands, royal white brothers who owned slaves, traveling from overseas who with their high energy, owned digital businesses, specialty medical clinics hospitals, law practices etc. Is he (his name wasn't discussed) related directly to the Shands Klan of the Eldredge Klan of the Wilson Klan, of whom Russel Wilson is bloodline related to Charlemagne The Great. * I would investigate Virginia. I liked this one. He was very open to criticism. My favorite point David made was you have to go from hustler to business owner.
