Is it too weak if you actually use the telescopic arm instead of diving into the water next to the drowned vehicle, could as easily (or easier) towed it with any big offroad truck?
It is actually the 3rd strongest modded crane that I know of, for lifting most non super heavy trucks it is more than fine, it only really struggles with rescuing the Kenworth 963.

@ryanchen8403 ok, thanks for info. Then he should've shown the reach of the crane instead of going as far as a normal tow would've done IMO.
