Onion sagu or Eerulli sagu recipe explained with step by step . This Karnataka style onion sagu or Eerulli sagu is served as a side dish for set dosa or poori. Onion sagu or saagu is a kind of vegetable kurma having very soft and mild taste. This sagu is prepared using onion and fresh ground masala. Generally in sagu recipe, the amount of spices used shoud be very less as compared to the amount of vegetables. Also sagu should be very mild and not very spicy. Today by chance i had prepared mylari dosa, really i don't know whether it is original mylari dosa. But the combination of dosa and sagu was wonderful. I know you are from Mysore. Pl show the original mylari dosa receipe ma'am. And also Davangere benne dosa receipe. By watching too many videos on this, i don't know which is the perfect original one.
