  • This video dives into what I eat in a day and what happens when you eat for performance... I believe guys, that we need to start viewing food as fuel instead of pleasure and only then are we truly going to change our eating habits.
    If this doesn't sound desirable, be happy to know that healthy food can still taste good, and maybe even better! You just need to be creative with it.
    Anyways, since I do a lot of crossfit type exercise (running + lifting) it is important I balance eating like a bodybuilder (high protein, low calorie) and eating like a runner (high carb, high calorie) and find the just in between spot so I can maximize my performance on all fronts and still be healthy.

      Lots of practice, I used to run 21km. You can see this in my first few vlogs
