In Inhouse training, what is the difficulty level of assessment..
Normal hi hoti h aesi jaada kuch difficulty toh nhi hoti.
Bro I am from 2023 batch we have completed with ignite(LBJ) also few days back we have filled the joining readiness form so can you say when can we receive the mails for trainings and the trainings can be virtual or inHouse
In JRF they have mentioned about virtual trainings twice and requirement of laptop and internet connectivity was their important criteria
Harshit , did u got your preferred joining location ? And whether they eliminate employees if they not perform well in training?
Preferred location toh not but later i got transferred. Training u will get chances i guess and its not that much difficult

hello, I am 2023 graduate I have completed my ignite training (LBJ) in one attempt on 1st may. We have not got any update regarding onboarding since then. If you please tell when can we expect onboarding because everyone is worried righ now.
if you could please ask any senior or HR regarding this it will give some hope. My track during LBJ was DotNet.
me myseld and some of my friends also completed LBJ in first attempt but still no update regarding onboarding.

Swimming pool is common for all and regarding the gym fees it is free for the employees.

Bro I got placed in LTIMindtree, I don't have passport at present. I have applied for it but the available slot is showing on August 4th almost after 2 months. Is it compulsory while joining? or can we submit it after joining? else should I apply for a tatkal passport?
