My PBV4PS2 has been a complete piece of garbage. I am on my 3rd control board and 4th ignitor. They keep sending parts, and it keeps breaking. It has ruined a 4th of July and a Thanksgiving dinner. They wont replace their faulty equipment, they will just keep sending you parts. Did you contact them about this fire? Are they going to do anything about it?

I didnt think they would replace it for a fire. So I did not contact them, but I guess it cannot hurt. Thanks and sorry that it has been a piece of garbage.
