So true! Covid causes many of us to be away from our jobs and schools and isolate in our own homes. Without accountability, it can lead to so much temptations. May we be addicted to Jesus and Him alone

Amen. If we focus on Jesus , who he is and what he has done already... and not what we can’t do : we will see we are already forgiven and can come back to him and rest in his faithful love. we aren’t trying to stop sinning to earn anything. It is because we are so grateful for the love & forgiveness first given to us that we respond in reverence (fear) of the Lord.
Thanks so much for these great resources! I second the part about Gods sorrow for sin. The father and Jesus are very feeling persons, way more than we can imagine. And sin goes against their very nature. When I really understood how much God loves and longs for me and how much sin hurts him it really became my go to motivation to stay away from sin. A close and intimate relationship with God is the number one antidote to sin. He loves us eternally more than anyone else can ever do.

Thank you for sharing all this wisdom, I really struggle with turning away from sins, in terms of guilt, even after I confess my sins I still feel a sense of guilt which causes me to run from God again 🥺. God is truly patient 🙏
I recently subscribed after watching so many videos, I thank Jesus for placing yall in my life. I was brought to tears in this video while Mel spoke of Jesus putting specific longings in our hearts but we are meant to fill them by His Will. I’m understand you, I’m struggling with bad thoughts too. For example when I sing prayer to God, immediately I have thoughts that I have terrible shameful voice, that somebody hears me and laughs at me that I have to stop. It’s every day... it is just one thoughts, I have others with I’m fighting. Sometimes I fall in sin, because it’s hard to fight, hard to go only light way. It’s easy to not sing again, but my go prayers for you 🙏. Be careful.

Oh Lord thank you for speaking through ronnie and mel in such a clear language that goes right to my heart. I was crying when I heard mel saying its not a sin to long for something. I was feeling ashamed always when I only was longing for sin. This new wisdome of knowing its okay to have this longing becaus its ftim god is liberating me so much and giving me hope to fulfill the longing in reaching out in my relationship with god. The way to overcome sin is to be sealed with the Holy Spirit. You will turn from sin and the world once that happens. If not you will always have trouble with turning from the lusts of the flesh and the ways of the world. The Spirit of God once circumstances your heart and mind you will no longer sin and will hate sin and the things of the World and only want to please God and live completely righteous for the Lord. Faith comes by hearing, hearing the Word (truth) of God. By revelation God reveals Faith by his Grace. At that point you will become a whole new person. The old things have passed away, all things become new in the Lord. Hallelujah!! A sinner saved by Gods Grace is a precious gift!

I've followed Jesus for a long time now but only in the last 2 years or so I've realized (ok Jesus opened my eyes lol) of my struggle, my addiction has to do with mis-identity...as in finding my acceptance in people, etc. I know of one book but it's sort of hard to read bcs it's very wordy, nothing against that author. Thx so much for being faithful to Jesus!
Its a choice (an every day choice). God wants you to become one with him but he won't keep you captive for himself. He gave us freedom and liberty, so when we choose him, its because we want to (cuz we love him) and not because we are obliged to :) So yes, you can be separated from him if you lose your focus from Jesus but you won't if he really is sitting on the throne of your heart! ❤
A word of encouragement.) OSAS What’s the cut off point for showing this “evidence” of salvation? You gotta show evidence within 5 minutes? 5 hours? 1 week? 1 month? 1 year? 2 years? What’s the cut off point? The evidence of your salvation is CHRIST! HE IS OUR EVIDENCE. Absolutely nothing to do with you at all. If you’re looking to yourself for evidence then you are NOT saved. Look to CHRIST for your evidence. If you believe in Him you are saved. Period. If you’re trusting yourself even 1% then you’re not saved. You’re saved by FULLY trusting Christ not partially trusting Him. I think for me one of the main verse that seals the deal is Colossians 2:11 in that that once you’re circumcised how do you then become Un-circumcised? When we’re born again it’s a spiritual operation of God and not a human operation of ourselves with human hands. So how can a human now un-do a SPIRITUAL operation??? COLOSSIANS 2:11 11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision MADE WITHOUT HANDS, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the CIRCUMCISION OF CHRIST: 2 TIMOTHY 2:11 11 IT IS A FAITHFUL SAYING: For if we be dead with him, we SHALL ALSO LIVE WITH HIM: 12 If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us: 13 If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: HE CANNOT DENY HIMSELF. *This is a FAITHFUL saying.* Do we believe it’s a faithful saying or do we doubt and believe this is a lie? It’s not about YOU keeping yourself. It’s about HIM keeping HIMSELF in you! If it was about YOU keeping yourself then ya of course you could lose your salvation. But it’s about CHRIST keeping you because your life is now hid with Christ: COLOSSIANS 3:3 3 For ye are dead, and your life is HID with Christ in God. So even if you deny Him that doesn’t matter because HE CANNOT DENY HIMSELF inside of you! That's a works salvation if we have to trust in our works or fruit to persevere till the end. That's no longer GRACE then, it now becomes a DEBT. We’re trying to pay a debt he already paid and that we’d never be able to pay anyways! *our faith will only be reckoned as righteousness IF we don't work.* But to those who worketh NOT, rather simply BELIEVE is it counted as righteousness. We need to trust HIS GRACE and not ourselves. ROMANS 4:4,5 4 Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. 5 But to him that WORKETH NOT, but BELIEVETH on him that justifieth the ungodly, HIS FAITH IS COUNTED FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS. Again it’s no longer grace if we have to work or persevere on our own human effort. It’s now reckoned as a debt and we’re no longer trusting Him anymore for salvation but we’re trusting the evidence of our fruit instead. In that case we’re not truly saved! God’s grace perseveres for us all we have to do is BELIEVE it does. If it’s truly by grace then it’s NO MORE OF WORKS. Otherwise is not even called grace: ROMANS 11:6 6 And if BY GRACE, then is it NO MORE OF WORKS: OTHERWISE GRACE IS NO MORE GRACE. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. *********************************** JOHN 10:28,29 28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, NEITHER SHALL ANY MAN PLUCK THEM OUT OF MY HAND. 29 My Father, which gave them me, IS GREATER THAN ALL; and NO MAN IS ABLE TO PLUCK THEM OUT OF MY FATHER’S HAND. ****according to this verse WHO is able to pluck you from His hand? There are tons of scripture that prove that the Jesus Christ of the bible only saves you with eternal life that will be in you the moment you are born again. The way to overcome sin is to be sealed with the Holy Spirit. You will turn from sin and the world once that happens. If not you will always have trouble with turning from the lusts of the flesh and the ways of the world. The Spirit of God once circumstances your heart and mind you will no longer sin and will hate sin and the things of the World and only want to please God and live completely righteous for the Lord. Faith comes by hearing, hearing the Word (truth) of God. By revelation God reveals Faith by his Grace. At that point you will become a whole new person. The old things have passed away, all things become new in the Lord. Hallelujah!! A sinner saved by Gods Grace is a precious gift!

I didn't think we could ever be separated from God once we have believed. We are one with God the moment we believe and receive the Holy Spirit?
Its a choice (an every day choice). God wants you to become one with him but he won't keep you captive for himself. He gave us freedom and liberty, so when we choose him, its because we want to (cuz we love him) and not because we are obliged to :)
So yes, you can be separated from him if you lose your focus from Jesus but you won't if he really is sitting on the throne of your heart! ❤

The evidence of your salvation is CHRIST!
HE IS OUR EVIDENCE.
Absolutely nothing to do with you at all.
If you’re looking to yourself for evidence then you are NOT saved.
Look to CHRIST for your evidence.
If you believe in Him you are saved.
Period.
If you’re trusting yourself even 1% then you’re not saved.
You’re saved by FULLY trusting Christ not partially trusting Him.
I think for me one of the main verse that seals the deal is Colossians 2:11 in that that once you’re circumcised how do you then become Un-circumcised?
When we’re born again it’s a spiritual operation of God and not a human operation of ourselves with human hands.
So how can a human now un-do a SPIRITUAL operation???
COLOSSIANS 2:11
11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision MADE WITHOUT HANDS, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the CIRCUMCISION OF CHRIST:
2 TIMOTHY 2:11
11 IT IS A FAITHFUL SAYING: For if we be dead with him, we SHALL ALSO LIVE WITH HIM:
12 If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:
13 If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: HE CANNOT DENY HIMSELF.
*This is a FAITHFUL saying.*
Do we believe it’s a faithful saying or do we doubt and believe this is a lie?
It’s not about YOU keeping yourself.
It’s about HIM keeping HIMSELF in you!
If it was about YOU keeping yourself then ya of course you could lose your salvation.
But it’s about CHRIST keeping you because your life is now hid with Christ:
COLOSSIANS 3:3
3 For ye are dead, and your life is HID with Christ in God.
So even if you deny Him that doesn’t matter because HE CANNOT DENY HIMSELF inside of you!
If the Holy Spirit were to leave you He would be denying His very self which He cannot do!

38 FOR I AM PERSUADED, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

*Paul was persuaded of not losing his salvation why aren’t we?*
Nothing can separate you NOT EVEN YOURSELF!
If you’re not persuaded it’s because you’re trusting yourself and trusting the evidence of your fruit instead of just trusting HIM.
Only when we truly trust Him will our fruit be real fruit.
That's a works salvation if we have to trust in our works or fruit to persevere till the end.
That's no longer GRACE then, it now becomes a DEBT.
We’re trying to pay a debt he already paid and that we’d never be able to pay anyways!
*our faith will only be reckoned as righteousness IF we don't work.*
But to those who worketh NOT, rather simply BELIEVE is it counted as righteousness.
We need to trust HIS GRACE and not ourselves.
ROMANS 4:4,5
4 Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.
5 But to him that WORKETH NOT, but BELIEVETH on him that justifieth the ungodly, HIS FAITH IS COUNTED FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS.
Again it’s no longer grace if we have to work or persevere on our own human effort.
It’s now reckoned as a debt and we’re no longer trusting Him anymore for salvation but we’re trusting the evidence of our fruit instead.
In that case we’re not truly saved!
God’s grace perseveres for us all we have to do is BELIEVE it does.
If it’s truly by grace then it’s NO MORE OF WORKS.
Otherwise is not even called grace:
ROMANS 11:6
6 And if BY GRACE, then is it NO MORE OF WORKS: OTHERWISE GRACE IS NO MORE GRACE. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.

****according to this verse WHO is able to pluck you from His hand?
Are you able to pluck yourself or is no one INCLUDING YOURSELF able to?
Not even yourself is able to.
No one means NO ONE!) ETERNAL LIFE LIVES IN YOU NOW THAT YOU ARE BORN AGAIN. You can not DISASSEMBLE A SPIRITUAL OPERATION OF YOUR HEART. Just like a child, when it is born with his biological parents. That child can run away from home and blasphemy his parents name for 20 years, but the DNA OF THAT CHILD WILL ALWAYS BE THE CHILD OF THE BIOLOGICAL PARENTS. There are tons of scripture that prove that the Jesus Christ of the bible only saves you with eternal life that will be in you the moment you are born again. Then you rest in that and walk in the preordained works. Ephesians 2:10 KJV. They your yoke will be easy and your burdens light. Amidst this crazy world we live in. A true sabbath day rest. Our own initiated filthy rags works are nothing. When we ask His will to be done through us. The peace and joy and transformation will truly begin. Have a blessed day.
