You need amulet, that will give you chance to get this stone and wood when you are farming basic wood and stone.
Are those ponds permanent for fishing or just one-time usage?
I didn't test but if it's permanent, then I guess timed reset but if not then 2 seed looking bags every time you exhausted fishes
