You could buy an inflatable matress. I prefer beds on the firmer side cause i have a bad back. Always have. Im considering getting this for my second bedroom as a guest bed. I dont have a guest bed. And atm my sister passed away a week ago, we are worried about my niece, im the only family member who shes been talking to. I might need to get this incse she decides she wants or needs to stay over.
I bought this second hand and have no instructions to follow. This has helped me, thank you. I should be able to finish it now. Hopefully, my son uses it when he’s gaming rather than sitting on his bed now 🙂

For sleeping on it from time to time it should be ok.

No. This is good only for sleeping on it from time to time, not constantly.
